THE FUND

The Cristo Capital Fund is capacity-constrained by design and closed to public solicitation. Capital is deployed through the fund vehicle under a founder-led, single-brain portfolio management model. The firm’s proprietary research, portfolio architecture, and execution framework are controlled and operated by the founder, whose personal capital is invested alongside partners in the fund. When investors choose to partner with Cristo Capital, they do so in the same vehicle, under the same risk framework, and with the same execution as the founder and principals.

$250,000 minimum initial investment.

The Fund may limit subscriptions and investor concentration in order to preserve execution quality, liquidity, and portfolio integrity.
