Tyler Borders is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cristo Capital, where he leads the firm’s strategy, technology, and vision. He is responsible for the discovery and development of the firm’s proprietary investment method and platform, and the disciplined systems that support research, portfolio management, and execution.

Prior to founding Cristo Capital, Tyler co-founded Dartlet, a strategic research and consulting firm recognized for its proprietary methodologies in organizational strategy, market research, and brand development. Following Dartlet’s merger with Carnegie Higher Education, as a Partner he served in executive leadership positions including Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Brand Officer. During his tenure, Carnegie grew into one of North America’s leading higher education marketing and enrollment firms.

Across his career, Tyler has focused on designing innovative and scalable systems that transform complex decision-making into measurable and scalable processes. Joe Moore

Founding Partner

Joe Moore is a Founding Partner of Cristo Capital and a seasoned entrepreneur whose career has been defined by building enduring businesses through innovation, disciplined leadership, and sustainable growth.

In 1985, Joe co-founded Carnegie Communications, transforming it from a startup into one of the most influential marketing and technology companies serving higher education. Under his leadership, Carnegie pioneered many of the industry’s earliest digital initiatives, including one of the first online platforms for college-bound students, while continually expanding its research, consulting, creative, and technology capabilities. Over four decades, the company partnered with more than 1,000 colleges and universities to reach and impact millions of students.

Joe’s entrepreneurial philosophy has always centered on identifying opportunities before the market recognizes them, investing patiently in innovation, and building organizations designed to lead rather than follow. That same mindset led him to become an early investor in Cristo Capital, recognizing the transformative potential of its proprietary trading technology.
