Cristo Capital is a small team of disciplined investors that implement the firm’s highly proprietary model with our own private wealth. We do not accept or invest the capital of other high net worth individuals or funds at this time.

Instead, we offer IP Licensing arrangements whereby we partner with quant hedge funds and private offices to teach the Cristo Capital model in detail. Understand that we do not take these arrangements lightly, and we will not offer any proprietary insights or information without strict NDAs and escrow funding. Licensing options are:

NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

Cristo Capital will engage right-fit partners and teach the entirety of its model in a non-exclusive arrangement. This includes live training, ongoing consultation with our Founder, software access, IP updates, and all core intellectual property.
Signing Bonus + Monthly Fee + % Gains + 3 Year Commitment

EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

Cristo Capital will consider an exclusive license whereby we cease existing non-exclusive contracts for an enhanced compensation package and partnership commitment.

FULL IP ACQUISITION

If a partner wishes to take the Cristo Capital intellectual property off the market and own it entirely, including all copyrights and assets, we can entertain that conversation through a formal broker-attorney process.
